At Toy Company, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
